Horrible customer service and communication with anyone is atrocious, on top of my account always having fraud on it due to lack of proper security. Bryan over disputes is the most incompetent person I’ve ever done banking with. I changed over to Wells Fargo and never looked back, mom and pops banks are the WORST.
