  1. Worst customer service of any Bank. If there are any issues with your account, they will waste your time telling you why its your fault then charge outragous fees.

  2. The deafening bell that rings when cars exit the parking garage sometimes breaks and rings non-stop all throughout the night. There are people trying to sleep in the apartment across the street.

  3. I banked here for a number of years, when I lived in this neck of the woods. Service was always acceptable. I wouldn’t describe it as above and beyond. Not bad though.

  4. They are definitely the biggest and most available bank in town. That doesn’t mean they are the best. Bad, nickel-and-diming, and overall customer hostile policies caused me to close all my accounts and switch to Meritrust. Definitely look into local credit unions instead of big banks, especially this one.

  5. It’s very unfortunate how bad of a bank Intrust has become. They held a payroll check I received because of the dollar amount – it was a bonus check that was a physical check instead of an auto-deposit. I’ve had an account there since 2010 so I’m not a new customer. My advice to anyone looking for a new bank is keep looking.

  6. I’ve banked at Intrust for 13 years and have never been anywhere else. The customer service has always been extremely on-point, and their locations are more conveniently located than any other bank in Wichita. Face it, you’ll never find absolutely perfect service at any bank, but Intrust comes close!

  9. I wish I could give this bank a 0 star rating!!! They ENDORSED a check for DEPOSIT ONLY, then when I bring it back to be deposited they denied it. So I’m out of 1,400 dollars, thanks to this bank. They did absolutely nothing to help the situation and didn’t even try to help me find another solution.

  10. The department that runs the garage are rude. The garage is basically a ghost town and empty and they are more concerned about the findings in the garage more than anything. If you make it a daily priority to police a garage that is empty, you must be miserable.
