Not friendly at all. The woman with the purple hair is extremely rude and acts as if customers are a complete bother. She was all smiles before we walked in and all frowns the second we walked in the door. Every question we asked she would frown and act as if she was so bothered. I really hope I never have to go there again.

Horrible customer service. Standing outside for 30 minutes while waiting to get a device is unacceptable. Took all day just to get a walker that I need. Would have been nice to have it while standing outside waiting in the cold. This store should be closed for good.
