Whoever manages the front desk is terrible. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was surprised by how rude she was.. snappy, seemed like I inconvenienced her day just by calling the front desk. I don’t respect that at all.
The care is *fantastic*. Dr Yukika is really smart, thorough, excellent clinical judgement–conservative when it makes sense to be conservative, aggressive when it makes sense to be aggressive. Very collaborative and accessible. Highly recommend. NPs are really on top of it, too.
