AllSouth FCU and in particular Residential Lending Officer Singletary made my experience buying a home pleasant and not painful at all. Given the amount we are paying for home these days that is no easy task! I have been a member of AllSouth FCU for 25 years and they have always been courteous and easy to work with.

I wouldnt bank here to save my life. They are so paranoid about fraudulent transactions it feels like they even want to confirm your bowel movements.
You will never be able to get a representative on the phone to save your life. I really wouldn’t recommend especially if you travel outside of the Local area.

If I could give a 0 I would. By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had multiple rude and unprofessional comments made to me by an employee. Paperwork we have tried to get done dragging on for months and not being submitted even though she had it in her email for over a month. Will never bank here again.
I have banked with Allsouth since I was 17 years old, (6 years in total) they were amazing and always helped with any issues I had with my account.
