  9. I can’t even begin to put into words how grateful I am to have a WALK-IN ENT CLINIC in Columbia. Total game-changer. With all of the swimming and random things that wreak havoc on my psoriatic ears, it is such a relief that I am now able to …

  10. I went to the walk in clinic and was there for an hour and forty-five minutes. I was placed in an examining room for over thirty minutes and finally walked out to inquire if someone would be seeing me before they closed for lunch. Looking for another ENT in the downtown area.

  11. Didn’t bother to communicate that the office was closing early an hour before my appointment. Drove all the way to a paper on the locked door saying they were closed early. It’s so unprofessional and irresponsible.

  12. I’ve called at least 6 times to schedule an MRI, which they said needed to be done for further diagnosis. If you leave a message, maybe they will get back with you? Who knows? I’m still waiting….

  13. Waited over an hour for a hearing test for my son. The receptionist went back to check and miraculously, he went back just there after. No apology given. Go somewhere where they respect your time.

  14. Since I don’t have insurance they wouldn’t see me. This is after I paid the 200.00 down and was told to come back another day. When I got there, I was turned around for not having another 200.00 to give. I’m sad that I was recommended to go there. The 200.00 I wasted the 1st time could’ve went on a bill.

  15. Wonderful, helpful staff. Short wait time despite being a walk-in and I was very impressed by the promptness of the Physician/PA and ease of scheduling a follow-up. Thank you very much!

  16. Love Dr Boone. Every since I had the balloon sinus surgery I’ve not been stuffy at all. Feels like I can still breathe through my nose even if I am feeling slightly stuffy. Was well worth it

  27. I wasn’t going to leave a review but since I was asked, I have to say that I don’t feel like I was helped at all. I went for ringing and hearing loss in my left ear. They gave me a steroid prescription for 10 days and scheduled me an MRI. …

  36. The receptionist at the front desk is not friendly at all. She treats incoming patients like it’s a assembly line. She may need to be reminded our money pays for for her salary. Aside from that I was scheduled for a Doc meet and they …

  37. Obviously this office feels that their time is far more valuable than their patients time. Every visit my husband had was a wait of over 45 minutes or longer past the appointment time. I understand in case of emergency but it is impossible …

The staff also are professional and assisted me for scheduling and questions.
    Thank you!

  39. PA Templeton did a great job communicating and diagnosing problems during visit as well as prepping and ensuring thatIi was informed of what needed to be done moving forward.

  40. During my visit, I encountered receptionists Johcarla and Kelly J. as well as PA Carey Kay and Brock (medical assistant? – who took note of my symptoms). They were all AMAZING. I really appreciate their patience and that they all didn’t rush, but took the time to do their jobs really well. Thanks!

  41. First visit was great. Front desk staff and NPs & PAs super helpful and involved. My follow up could have been a telephone call since he was obviously mentally disconnected, even when we left staff looked upon me like “sorry”. Dr. B is definitely not a reflection of Prisma’s high standards.
