They never answer the phone, they are overpriced and the wait is always long. If you want added stress in your life, by all means! There are a lot of better options in the area..Only positives are their convenient location, which isn’t saying much.
This practice is terrible. They leave patients waiting in the waiting room for hours like cattle. They have no respect for appointments or people’s time. Unless you have all day to spend on an appointment, choose elsewhere.
Saw Dr.Brroks yesterday for a problem with irritated eyes,as well as for a routine eye exam.As a Thpe 2 Diabetic,I need to be cautious with my sight. He and his staff were excellent, tests were conducted carefully, and I was reassured that me …
Originally I was pretty irritated when I called and long story short a tech told me to go elsewhere. One of the nurses called, got us in same day, Dr. Green and Amy were wonderful.
I am a new patient and had to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time!! Saw people coming and going, staff never apologized or explained what the wait was. Office made sure to tell me my appointment would be canceled if I was late but they made me wait over an hour!! Rude, will NEVER go back.
I had LASIK done by Dr Brooks in 2014. Best thing I have ever done. I am still 20/20, five years later. REA honored the guarantee of better vision, and I needed a second procedure to fix the regression of one eye that was headed back to the old shape after 3 months. I always recommend Dr. Brooks for LASIK candidates.
Waited an hour and decided to leave. Not even an apology for waiting. We were just told the doctor would be there shortly. We clearly have different definitions of shortly.
I was a patient at REA Innsbrook for 8 or 9 years. My initial visit was unremarkable, as was the doctor to whom I was assigned. I assume that the doctor was competent, but he showed no personality (good or bad). Turn-over among staff …
My father-in-law had severe macular degeneration. He was treated by Dr. Brooks. I always had 100% trust in him, and felt that everything that could be done was being done. I give him 5 stars. He was thorough, patient, and always …
If you like 3+ hour waits to see Dr Bernstein this is the place for you. I asked why he over books and the answer was he spends time with his patients. Then why book patients every 15 minute when he only see one ever hour.
I’ve been coming here for approximately 10 to 12 years. Actually my doctor is great. However, the support staff is rude and condescending to say the least. After today, I’ve decided to look elsewhere for a doctor. Again, this decision …
I feel tricked. I went to REA for consultation re LASIC sometime in May 2018. I was told I was a good candidate, and Dr. Brooks scheduled my surgery for July. He stated that he provides any follow up care, including more corrective …
I have been coming to this office for years. The doctors maybe great but the office staff all combine together don’t make geniuses. I have never come for an appointment that was has gone smoothly. I have always had to wait and wait. I …
Horrible experience at the Innsbook location. The doctors and medical staff are truly knowledgable, friendly and all around amazing, however that is overshowed by the poor service at check-in/check-out. I overheard two different …
My grandmas eye appointment was at 3, its now 515, she STILL hasn’t been seen, and since they close at 5 they just decided to start shutting off lights as if it’s our fault that they’re being held up late. This happens literally every time. Do yourself a favor and just go to another office, or different eye doctor completely.
Dr. Lumpkin is always professional and a joy to work with. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to this office for 10 years and recommend them to everyone who needs an eye doctor. You do need to make an appointment …
I started going to REA about 10 years ago, they saved my eyes. My family goes there now. Great people very professional would recommend to any one who needs a good decent eye doctor.
This office was my first experience with an eye doctor in Richmond. Unfortunately, it was not a good one. The office itself is located inside of an awkward building, and not clearly marked. The staff was helpful enough, but made it overly …
The Dr is great but a 2 hour wait is ridiculous.

I had LASIK with Dr. Brooks and love the result! I see 20/20 or better now and the contact and glasses free life is amazing!
