Unable to speak with anyone about my account. Was told I couldn’t speak to anyone I am in a very tough hardship and not being able to speak with a manager so frustrating.
@ the RPCU, you always are greeted with a smile and manors, always in a great mood and are willing to help no matter what the challenge big or small! For only the few years I’ve banked here…..ALL THUMBS UP!
Good bank just behind the times . You will be stuck with no access to your funds they don’t offer simple online banking options without the hassle of calling or visiting the branch first. Cant be your only or major bank .

Keep sending me false delinquent notices when I made payments…and put on my credit report that I missed 7 payments, when it has only been 1. I work hard to keep my account in good standing and it hurts to keep going through this. Why?

Erroneously debited my card (their mistake), sending my account into the negative, and when I called to rectify it, I was given the “we’ll call you back” spiel.
