Typical Doc-In-The-Box. Misdiagnosis and improper treatment are the norm.
Best PCP and Urgent Care Center around
Accounting Department increased amount due for no reason and with no explanation. Buyer Beware.
Billing system needs improvement, not able to access billing records electronically….just spent 20 minutes on the phone paying a bill!
These guys ought to be ashamed of themselves. Charging $21.05 for ***1*** page. When I asked if they would settle up for less they said that it was “set” by law, implying the law requires it. Shameful!
This place is despicable! Disorganized, confused with teenagers on the front desk who can’t communicate, then after 30 mins you somehow get through to them. However, they are the best feature because the Doctors are even MORE INCOMPETENT …
I went to Patient Frist in Wyomissing, I will tell you, I took my daughter who is 6 years old with trouble breathing, I had been to this urgent care before and it was close to my house. They said they couldn’t take care of my daughter …
Whole family went to Mechanicsville for flu. I was sent to regional hospital after diagnosing with flu with pneumonia. Wife and son were seen and have the flu and placed out of school and work for 2 days. Two days later they still have flu …

Went to office in Perry hall, I was told that I only need to sign authorization form for current appointment. I get billed 25 for copay and later billed 112 for a past due balance. The rep lied to me. Don’t put your card on file. It’s a pandemic and they are more concerned about payment than taking care of patient. Horrible staff!!!
VERY GOOOOOD SERVICE
I went to Patient First on 07/10/2020 in Bel Air MD to get my prescription for …
They are hard working, they do the best they can, and I appreciate all they do for the many people around the states, P1 is great.
We’ve been trying to get in touch with the billing office for 3wks. Called every day, different times of the day. On hold at least 20 minutes each time…no one ever answered. No option to leave a message. Today we called the Corporate office. No matter what prompt we selected, no one answered. Impossible to reach.
This is not a pharmacy – it is an administrative building. please take down this listing as this is misleading and made waste time
