Once you find them, despite the wrong address on Google Maps, they are professional and fast. But it is amazing that they let the wrong address just sit there for months, despite knowing about the error.

It’s ridiculous how difficult it is to schedule an appointment here. I’ve tried for a over a week and if all the “agents” are occupied there is no option to leave a message, they just hang up on you after asking you to call back later.
I called in advance to make an apt, after I arrived with my son, Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories couldn’t find our information. When the appointment was sorted out, the tech was unable to withdraw blood in one arm, so my sons left arm is bruised. Would NOT go here again!
My lower arm was swollen and bruised/extremely discolored for a week after a routine blood draw. I couldn’t bend or even touch my elbow where they had drawn the blood. I called to express my concerns and I was not taken seriously and was …
