I was into an examination room quickly, taken to X-ray as soon as I got to the room. Nathan addressed me by name and was very conscientious. Things happened quickly enough that I had sit in the waiting room to complete my new patient paperwork after the appointment was finished.
Very quick at getting me in once I checked in and very quick at seeing the PA Sophie. She was very kind and caring. Good experience overall!
I went today to see Dr. Wilson to go over any information about my hip replacement surgery.
Dr. Ostrander is extremely patient, kind, and understanding. He answers all of my questions and was through in his explanation of my issue.
Also, his staff is efficient and easy going.
I really enjoyed having Nathan take care of my shoulder. He was compassionate and thorough. He was really good about listening to me and explaining to me what was going on. I would gladly have him be my PA i the future if I need one.

My appointment was at 11am. I got there at 10:45am to be responsible. I did leave until after 12 noon and spent a total of 5 minutes with the staff. My time is worth something also. I almost left at 12noon but the PA showed up at that time. I would rate the PA highly but overall rating is low.

I visited Jacob Thompson for follow up of trigger finger surgery. I had a short 5-6 minute wait in the waiting room and a couple minutes in the treatment room. Jason was very professional and removed my stitches with no issues. He instructed me on care of my incision and gave me some extra bandaids. Excellent visit for me.
My two visits with Alex were great. He worked me in today on one day’s notice which I appreciate since my pain was excruciating. After today’s injection, I’m able to relax comfortably.

Alex was made sure I understood the situation with my injury, what my options were and what to expect during the recovery process. He was kind, didn’t use language that required a medical degree, but also didn’t speak down to me as if I were an idiot.
Once I got back everything went great. Dr. Wines is great with questions and make you feel like a friend not a patient the staff was wonderful and I was out in under an hour

The flint office has a representative that answers the phone that is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t want to do her job of making appointments. I will not use mi ortho because of my experience in trying to setup an appt for my daughter multiple times.

Dr. Ostrander is probably the most thoughtful and through doctor I have ever been to. This man saved my pretty much crushed leg from amputation.
