They are incompetent. Pay your bill online, and a week later you get a bill stating it has not been paid. You have to call, give confirmation number. Happened three time with me. Pour book keeping.
I used to have to deal with these people years ago. Recently started dealing with them again and I am getting the same old vibes… Rude, arrogant, incompetent, the worst of this town always worked here… God I’m not looking forward this.
They lose your payments and good luck if you paid cash n no longer have your reciept. Theu defintley need a new staff. They cant even do billing right which is their only job
They closed up shop early today and looked right at my boyfriend from behind the counter knowing the door was locked as he tried to open it to go in and pay our bill.. no one let him in. It was NOT 4 PM. Yet. Maybe 5 till. But still open business hours.. not cool. Kinda incredibly annoying and rude..
There is a reason they have such low ratings, it is not the service they provide, nor the people who manage the lines or work on them, it is the people in the office who handle billing. The council should examine the cause of these problems …
Staff needs to be fired as soon as possible. Rudest most condescending people in tell city. Tell city government you can not just sit there and just let our community be represented like this take action now!!!
The one lady needs to be fired she is rude and thinks its her conpany she has lost many accounts. Why dont they change for Tell City to make money instead of losing money by her rules n not connecting services plus the salary they pay her. Who is above her

They honestly overall are unhelpful. Can’t even call to pay them.
Always helpful when I go in to pay bills. I don’t quite understand how some things work, and the ladies there have answers to any questions I need.
