The service where I live is the end of the line and it’s terrible. It’s overly priced so we they have been out over a dozen times and it’s still shotty. Should get a discount on service for all the trouble but it is what it is there’s no one else out there and they know it
Whenever I have internet issues, the friendly staff and techs at tele-media do their best to remedy the situation. I’ve always been pleased with the services they provide.

Our internet went down after a lightening strike. I called Tele-Media. They pinpointed the problem and a technician was at my door within an hour. A piece of equipment was replaced and we were up and running in less then 5 minutes. We always have a quick response from Tele-Media.
Tele-media is incredibly good. I mean we have 5 G and I don’t have that at work in downtown louisville. They were fast in hook up, have been same day on service every time and are easy to deal with. Great job.
Don’t waste your time. Paid them on August 2nd 2022 and was told they had to plow and it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks later nothing is done. I call them the following Monday morning because there not going to call you. Terrible communication. …
