I saw Dr Hogue and one assistant for a cognitive function test. I found the staff and the Dr to be thorough, efficient, patient, and friendly. I had no waiting time either time I was there.
Evaluation takes why too long. You provide them with the facts about yourself. Then they can’t even recap everything you told them accurately. They don’t listen to you as a person. They just listen to your symptoms, not your problems.
HORRIBLE! The front desk was nice, I met Julie the PA- she was so snarky and rude! Then I met Dr. Esper, he was TERRIBLE! I have never met such a horrible doctor. His bed side manner was non existent! I normally NEVER write reviews but I have never left so angry. He made a pregnant woman cry- me! I will never be returning!
Completely incompetent. Family Dr states urgent appointment and sends the referral over, and the billing department calls me and states that my child dosnt have either of the 2 insurances, that she DOES have. I confirm this with both …
I went here to take my psychological test for the Pa Act 235. Dr Schultz and Dr. McAleer were very nice and very professional I felt very comfortable there while I was testing. Definitely recommend going there. Price is reasonable too
Absolutely the worst. They make you feel stupid, run 3 hr long tests with literal math problems instead of talking about why you’re there, only to tell you have have to come back two more times to run more “tests” because they can’t figure …
I called 5 times to make an appointment for my father after his PCP sent referral. It’s been a month and still no appointment. I have been yelled at and told all kinds of bs. Have only been treated this badly a couple of times in my life.
