Hard working bunch of guys and gals. Appreciate that during a major outage they update the outage status on social media so folks know what’s going on.
It’s to the point we lose power just about every single day, sometimes for hours. We have had electronics ruined in brownouts, only remain with them as there is no alternative service in the area.
Power goes out with every little wind gust storm, & good luck getting through to report. No working after hours, toll free number, constant pain! Monopoly mentality!
Hardest working group of people around hands down. These guys risk their lives and take time away from their families just to gets others electricity back on. People that give bad reviews just don’t know the trade or where their electricity comes from
Need to change how power outages are reported. Someone staying at someone else’s residence wouldn’t have access to that owner’s account number so they are unable to report an outage therefore they are left without electric until
Someone else reports it. Think owner’s address would work better
The worst company ever. My bill almost doubled in a month when nothing changed different at my house
