I’ve dealt with many people from this company. There’s always someone friendly answering the phone or a smiling face in the office. I just wanted to recognize a great group who work hard in their customers best interest and not just because they have to do their job.
They are terrible, don’t rent, buy or do anything involving them. They will do mediocre work and they will try, and do everything in their power to rip you off. And I mean anything like charge you 200$ just to mow your grass. They’ve made an adversary out of me.

Run Run Run the by far the worst renting experience ever. went 4 week without refrigerator and 3 weeks without AC. They suggested for me to buy an ice chest until they had time to worry about me fridge and to sit my kids in front of a fan to cool them off.
I appreciate the hard work that goes into managing one of these things after doing it myself for some time. It came to be too much of a chore for me and T&J and their staff seem to make light work of it. They are on top of maintenance and yard care and make sure that small tenant issues don’t become big ones.
