  1. it wasn’t great experience couple of times i was a patient there many times and nothing work but it only gave me trauma from fights yelling sleeping uncomfortably but if you the owner find this please contact me. i need your help finding a …

  2. The Staff suck and lie to you, they are so disorganized and don’t take anytime to help you get better instead they call the 5min run ins with them helpful and beneficial.

  3. Terrible place to bring your child, they do not accomplish anything while in patient or with the partial hospitalization program. Such a waste of 6 weeks.

  4. Horrible Place. They should close this place down. There’s a lot of kids who have illnesses but this place makes it worst for them. There’s no need for Prairie Care, they’re staff and doctors does a horrible job.

  5. any time i tried to call my friend (i was on the call list) it said after Business hours. sometimes i would get transferred to her though and i called at the same time everyday.

  11. Went to visit a friend, and the rooms are absolute jail cells. Compared to other psychiatric facilities I’ve seen, this one is trash. Employees are rude, and disregard people’s actual needs. Don’t ever take your kids here. I would give it a zero if I could.

  12. I was there for over a month… Any staff that reads this I love you guys and miss you so much.. I’ve been clean for about a month from cutting. Thank you guys. People call you petty care and all this kind of stuff but you’re not a bad place. You’re amazing. I love you guys.

  13. I know that writing this review will be very upsetting for me, but if it saves one person from going through what I did, then it’s worth it. The tiniest reminder of being there triggers a panic attack. I now have trust issues and abandonment issues. Awful place. Do not send your child there.

  14. Staff was unwelcoming, rude and not understanding at all, I would never send my child to this place. Beware of all their stupid rules. They hold your child hostage and lack common companionate sense.

  20. This appears to be a profit driven organization. After my daughter took too many Prozac while having a panic attack we brought her to the hospital. They took this as a suicide attempt and were looking for places to admit her. The only …

  21. I willingly admitted myself here in February, and since I’ve had positive treatment and experiences at past hospitals, I was not worried. I still become very upset when I think of this hospital, as I had a very negative experience. Some …

  22. Outpatient is poorly organized and mismanaged. They put 4 and 5 year olds with teenagers. They shows videos to teenagers instead of teaching how to handle stress or anxiety. The staff pressured my son to stay in longer, which caused more …

  29. I guess I’m supposed to pick my kid up this morning? Who knows. This place doesn’t communicate unless it’s about the medication they’re pumping into my kid. No conversations at all with the psychiatrist and the “nurses” sound and behave …

  36. Okay honestly I’d say this place is pretty mediocre, but I think my opinion on it would be worse if I were actually in the adolescence ward. Yeah, I was 12 at the time but coming from a kid that dealt with anxiety, depression, SI, and …

  37. i was a patient for 11 days and i don’t have any way to describe how awful it was. highlights would be the rude staff that went out of their way to punish us and the pointless “activities” we were forced into doing to keep us busy 😻 i left …

  38. It was actually pretty nice, but most of my coping skills have a need for pencils or pens, and they wouldn’t let me have any. Also they took the strings out of my hoodie without asking ): when I got out they put me in an outpatient …

  39. It was alright but stupid as well. The nurses and staff treated me nice and woke me up gently like a baby. Tbh they think it was their right to force us to join the groups and do pointless things that didn’t mean anything. I got there on June 13 of 2018.

  44. Not much for communication, I left multiple messages with the social worker and never got a call back, was only involved in one therapy session and then left in the wind. My daughter was not given her brush and her hair was matted. It took me 30 minutes to get through it.
