Rescheduling an appointment is extremely difficult. They did not follow up as they said they would.

This place has gone from bad to worse. No working you in if you have an urgent need. Called in stating could not breath because of Bronchitis. Could you work me in? Nope. When Dr. Byrd ran this place it was great. Now it’s terrible. Don’t waste your time.
