  1. (Translated by Google) How can you rate a hospital? This is the place that we ourselves are looking for, the place everyone needs. By the way, the doctors there are great. …

  2. (Translated by Google) One day I called because I felt very bad and I needed a consultation. I asked for someone who would speak Spanish and they refused me. I asked repeatedly and they refused me and there are many Hispanic people there …

  3. Been going to there since 1995. Dr Polly Ross was my Dr until she left WNCCHS, her leaving was a great lose for the Clinic. The best Dr they ever had! I was then assigned to Tim Nolen not bad but not great either. Was with him till he till …

  4. Like the doctors and nurses. The rest of the staff are rude. Policies suck!!!!!! Don’t expect to call and talk to somebody you need and they never call back!!! Hate this place!!!!

  5. The staff was rude, they cancelled a recent appointment because I missed an appointment last year and when I tried to reschedule they said that I would have to wait until September before I could be seen, i was never told about that ridiculous rule and will not be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone go there either!

  6. I have a cyst on my ovary… bled for two months with nausea and moderate to severe pain in my left ovary, needed a referral from them to an OBGYN and the quack there told me it was anxiety. Ironically, the very same quack that had only six …

  7. Not as friendly as i had expected they are very convenient for those who dont have insurance or cant afford medical bills but as soon as my health insurance kicked in I went straight to mahec!

  8. I never have any problem since I speak both language , , but my mother don’t speak Ingles so her appoimment was like 2 hours late an this particular person who speak Spanish “carina” I belive it’s her name have a very bad attitude an …

  9. WNCCHS provides medical, behavioral, and mental health care and resources. The staff is caring and hard working. They have their own pharmacy where prescriptions are offered at cost. The intake process can take some time due to the great need for these services in the community. I cannot recommend WNCCHS enough!

  10. I wish 0 was an option. These simple minded folks( with licenses)had me thinking I had t.b. for weeks.I left messages and no one call me back till like 2wks later!!!Now mind you I told these folks,I have to have a chest x-ray,because any …

  11. I was so amazed and touched by the amount of advocacy the office provided. They really listened to the people coming to them for help. They treated people like people not numbers, paperwork, or time…and it is revolutionary to be that connected in such a demanding position. Thank you Minnie Jones!

  12. I go to minnie Jones for health care and I get good health care from my doctors. Back on October 24 2018 I found out that one of the pharmacies staff was going into my therapy file and getting my information and giving it to her …

  13. Terrible care. So many negative experiences I can’t even begin to share them. The most recent is they “lost” my urine sample, and I live over an hour away. Obviously no quality control whatsoever and pharmacy has steps. For wheelchair bound people that sucks.

  14. The MAT PROGRAM HERE IS AWEOME THEY AVTUALLY CARE AND REALLY UNDERSTANDABLE THEY MAKE YPU FEEL WELCOME AND NOT LIKE AN ADDICT WHICH IS COMFORTING TO HAVE..AND I ALSO GOT MY BOYFRIEND IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR AS WELL.

  15. If it wasn’t for Minnie Jones, thousands of people would be writhing in pain, all over Asheville, from dental problems among other things. They don’t get enough money, nor enough public support, yet they still carry on, helping those with …

  16. You know it’s funny reading some of the reviews on here and only seeing response from the owner on the ones who sadly put a 5 star on here if I were you my main focus would be the ones on who has a 1 or two star and so on the ones who have …

  17. I can’t articulate how incredible these people are! Wow! They treated me like a V.P. The most professional and intelligent people I’ve met in a medical setting. HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

  18. I’m so grateful that the Minnie Jones Clinic and all of WNCCHS exists. They make healthcare available to so many people who desperately need it in our community. They do incredible work for the trans community, POC, people living with …

  20. This place is a joke. My wife went here and she was told by a so called doctor she was fine. 2 hours later she had to be taken by ambulance to mission hospital with fluid on the lungs. But the so called doctor said she was fine. . All I can …

  21. Horrible wait line, even if you have an appointment they make you wait long. Every time I been there it’s takes almost 3 hours and very little is done. Wish they would get straight to the point instead of hiding behind in their doctor …

  22. I was in the office today was trying to get a prescription filled for a cheaper cost until my insurance would start and the cost was a lot more expensive then it was at a CVS pharmacy. I was told if I can get an appointment and see the …

  23. Waited 6 hours to be seen. I was so hungry I was in tears and they didn’t care. Also the lady at the front was rude. The nurse was very friendly and helpful. But 6 hours is way to long to wait when your sick and hungry. Very disappointed in this place.

  24. The doctors and nurses are very kind to you but I can’t say the same thing about the front desk people they will literally see you standing there and instead of helping they will look away. Until someone is nice enough to sign you in. And they are very rude.

  25. I have been with WNCCCH since 2014 when I was an ABTech student and I have always received excellent care from the PAs and NPs here. The pharmacy staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the prescription prices. …

  26. Don’t go here unless you have a lot of money to pay for your meds. U can only have them filled at their pharmacy and it costs way more than a regular pharmacy. Worst place ever. It’s there for poor ppl but you have to be rich to afford it! I am not returning.

  27. Pro-rated healthcare. They will find a way to help you, and the doctor I saw was caring and pleasant. Also has dental services and mental health services. Even after I had top notch health insurance I continued using their service, I knew it would help offset some of the costs those who couldn’t pay incurred.

  28. They was very kind and friendly and helpful 😊 very organized .. just one thing need move patients little faster in line.. just hired one more person.. Thanks Dentist..u guys was awesome… …

  31. This place assist those who don’t have medical or dental insurance. The place is always full because the cost of insurance is outside most of those who are out of work or retired. It takes a long time to get an appointment and make sure that you don’t miss any appointments or you get penalized. Just saying!

  32. The staff has been very helpful and friendly; beginning with my intake, continued care, referrals and urgent care visits. It’s nice to get sick and be able to call or just walk into the urgent care for immediate help.

  33. This is a great place for someone like me without insurance. Staff is very nice, my NP Megan Abbott is lovely. HOWEVER it’s literally impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the pharmacy, and if you leave a message… good luck …

  35. As a professional dealing with their pharmacy is inefficient. When calling them to request a refill, they will give you a hard time if you try to talk to someone live even if you are making sure they have the order on file. “You are tying …

  36. Administrative clerical employees often irritatingly inexperienced, but health care professionals extremely experienced, crowded waiting room often, price reasonable, generally a long wait for a scheduled appointment.

  37. This clinic is the worst medical care I have received from any clinic I’ve yet been to including clinics in GA, TX, and PA. Here at WNC you aren’t a person, you’re just a number. If you call you never reach anyone except receptionists, you …

  46. Parking lot is empty and waitting time is 2 hours and more security guards then patients. Not enough doctors too many useless people in reception. My doctor and price 5 stars rest of it 1 star. Pharmacy very good too.

  47. I must say I am impressed, I have never been to any doctor office or hospital and have my blood drawn and didn’t even feel the stick. The younger black guy in the lab is really good at when he do. I forgot his name but every time I go to …

  48. Just had my wisdom tooth pulled here. When I realized I needed it pulled I was REALLY worried because there’s no way I could afford to pay for it out of pocket and I don’t have insurance. The fee here is sliding-scale based, and they’ll …

  51. I’ve been going to them for about the past 15 or 16 years. I can’t ask for better care. I’ve had the best Dr. for the last 13 or 14 years. She’s wonderful. She knows me better than I know myself. I couldn’t get better care from anyone else. Thank you.

  52. The dental clinic literally changed me! I had a front tooth of mine in particularly crummy shape. It affected how others saw me and I couldn’t fix it fit years. Other dental clinics were always full, non-existent or still too expensive and …

  53. I just had appt yesterday. L. Pippen, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The lab personnel were Awesome too. Thanks to all of you for being here in the community and all you do .

  55. At front desk I told them I was there for my 10:00 appointment. Then at
10:15 I went up to the front desk to see if she was running late and the
woman said the appointment was at 10:15. This is not good for customer service…

  56. So frustrated with the clinic. On one hand, when I actually get in, the people who work there are all very friendly and professional. Both my medical NP Pippin and my Dentist Berkheimer were so wonderful, friendly, compassionate and …

  57. Front desk people are rude. Care for patients has gone downhill. They forgot to order an x ray me for me for over a month and didn’t even remember until I said something about it. I agree with other reviews about the mental health care …

  58. My visits to this clinic have all been pleasant. The ladies at the front desk very courteous and amicable. The nurses are wonderful to talk to and the doctors have never rushed to end my visit. On the contrary, I’ve spent quite a long time talking/explaining about my illness. Great place to get your treatments.

  59. I was a patient here a few years ago but lost my standing with the center due to a move. I returned to the center recently to begin the process for obtaining dear services as my primary care physician. They happily took my application and …

  60. This place is great! I love how LGBTQIA+ friendly this clinic is. Lauren Pippin has been AWESOME! She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained things in ways I could understand, made me feel like an active participant in my …

  61. This is a very busy office! However, my doctor, Dr. Hayes, is amazing. I adore her, and trust her 100% with my medical care! She stays on top of things, despite being very busy, and in high demand! …

  62. Something changed here and it wasn’t for the better. I have followed my practitioner to 3 different offices with this being her final location. Due to the rudeness of the medical support staff when they call I am seriously thinking if …
