I recently retained Sentry Alarm. They replaced Mountain Alarm. I changed the front door and they had to reinstall the sensor. They also replaced 12 batteries. They charged me for four hours of time plus a travel charge. This seems excessive! I will post again on my continuing service. I hope they do better.
Sentry was wonderful and polite during their service visit today at my residence. they were extremely cautious and sanitary by wearing face masks and booties.
