  5. Terrible service. This is the worst system for freezing pictures and channels not working. Don’t waste your time or money on Wave. If you call them they put you on enterna hold to report an issue.

  10. I got their gigabit internet installed a couple of weeks ago and the service has been amazing. Ran into an issue with my router – not Wave’s fault- and their service team was very professional and helped me find the right solution for my house. Their tech support is truly second to none. Did I mention no DATA CAPS?!
