Had a CD open years ago, in which I put a couple of hundreds in, was told that I had 10 cents left in it, never withdrew money out. Worst place to bank at , will never do business or recommend to anyone.
I loved this BANK when my beloved mother had it. And its still my number one best decision I’ve made so far. I’d recommend this BANK to anyone looking for a fresh start.
I have used this bank since they opened, for business and personal accounts they are always pleasant and will do all it takes if there’s a problem until problem is solved I would recommend them to anyone I know
Michele in customer service just hung up on me. My card is always being alerted for fraud, when it’s not. So i just asked to have it checked and they couldnt even do that. The password is somehow always wrong on my app or i get locked out. When i know absolutely, that was my password. There’s just always something wrong

Only bank I’ve been to that charges you to cash a check that’s from their bank..twice what any check cashing place Wal-Mart ECT. Would charge you.
