Doesn’t allow visitors in via bike.
Nazi police state. Security officers with ego issues and loaded pistols. Not a place I’d want my kids. Constantly overusing authority and taking away American freedoms. Avoid this cancerous place at all costs.

Bought day passes 2 days in a row with kayaks on my roof and never had a problem the 3rd day I try to go in and the older curly haired grump says I can’t. Turned away $8 for a daily pass and $10 to put both my kayaks into the water by salty dog cafe.
Sea Pines is NOT bike friendly. Brought the Rad Rovers and weren’t allowed on property.
Wish to pick up a pass/sticker to enter Sea Pines to go to Six Oaks Cemetery. The staff was very helpful and courteous and it didn’t take long at all. Thank you.
Sea Pines has the best amenities on the island and it also has the lowest HOA fee. Great place to raise kids! I like the natural flora and fauna, too. Sea Pines CSA manages it so that all who wish to can enjoy the resort responsibly. I think they do a good job.
