Blah. Nice buildings but not much more under the hood. Their technology stack for online banking is an antiquated white-label offering that is not mobile friendly. You still have to pinch and zoom for everything and you can’t even do a password rest without calling them. Crazy!
Dealing with the same branch for many years. Checking, m/m etc. Thousands kept in checking. Yesterday had to show ID other than my ATM card to cash a check made out to me for value over $100. No more home town bank, tellers know you, B of A all over again. Will be moving soon, so will my banking.
This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. They allowed a forged check to rob my account of $8500.Six months have passed and they still have not paid me my money! This bank has been reported to the Federal Reserve for unlawful practices! Steer clear!!!!!!!
