  1. Go Starlink if you can. If you rely on TT internet for anything business or critical (like a zoom Dr’s Appt) then prepare for it to not work. Horrible and intermittent service.

  4. High prices for terrible service. It’s okay at first, but that’s just to fool you. Within a few weeks it slows right back down so that you’ll be inclined to upgrade to their next package. Pretty much just a bunch of thieves.

  5. Not only is service expensive and unreliable, there’s no way to contact them if there’s an outage. Had to drive to a place with cell service to call, only to find that their office phone is also down.

  6. Their prices are top rate, and their service is awful. No on call IT, so if you have a problem after hours you’re out of luck, just hope it doesnt happen on a holiday or a weekend. And their internet service is way slower than advertised. If you have any other option for service use it. Unfortunately I have no other options in my area.

  7. Slow and intermittent internet service at high prices. They have me check speed with a bogus speed checker, when using third party speed checker download speeds are terrible especially during nights and weekends. Clearly overselling bandwidth. Utilities with a monopoly on local service. Ick.
