Called an idiot on the phone. Talked down to constantly. I have had them return a check 3 times to get an overdraft fee then pay the check out which caused more fees.
My daughter is a member of Flag CU. I’ve handled a lot of banking needs for her and they’re very helpful and friendly, professional people with a small town atmosphere!

You’ll need over an hour of time if you want to speak to anyone by phone. Merger with Bay CU has ruined a good service for Tallahassee members. Web services have also declined in quality since merger. Phone tree doesnt even have Hours of Service option. Go somewhere else of you want access to your money.
Long time member 10+ years and before the merger I loved this Credit Union, post merger this credit union leaves A LOT to be desired. Mobile banking took a huge step backwards, the customer service when you call into the Bay office is subpar at best. Overall not a good experience anymore.
