I believe my experience at the hospital was good. Everyone knew their job, everything was on time, accommodation was made to get the prescription to me before Walgreens closed.
My overall experience was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the staff from pre op to admission to discharge. The care was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
All was good until a nurse removed a device that helps to keep the artery from bleeding. Another nurse knew exactly what to do to stop the bleeding . She was amazing and I appreciate her assistance.
I am listening to the ER nurses talk smack about the patients, mimic them and make fun of them from the exam room. They’re not even trying to hide it. I’ve never heard so much casual profanity from staff in a healthcare setting in my life.
