Don;t waste your time calling. None of the numbers work and no one ever answers your call. It is extremely frustrating.

Terrible, rude service at Capital Circle location this week, and previously. Will be changing credit unions after 20 plus years.
Tool 3 days to straighten out a debit card problem and no one could tell me what the problem was.
Tried calling several times and could not get a customer service rep. It’s not even on option on the list of offices. Will be switching to another CU as I hate bad service.
Worst bank ever all the branches ! No one is never available and they never answer the phone when needed ! Definitely switching.
Don’t try to even call them for help. You will spend your whole day on the phone without ever talking to a person, just press 1 for this or press 2 for that with an endless runaround with robots. The whole structure is set up for frustration and failure.
We have nothing but excellent service from Tallahassee Leon Federal Credit Union in Crawfordville.
If I could give 0 I would. This place has the worst online website to access things and their customer service is the worst. My card was compromised and they didn’t help. Instead, they evaded getting with me about it until the time to get compensated expired.
They let my ex who wasn’t supposed to be on my account steal almost $1500 from me through her Venmo account. I’ve never had a bank that has allowed anything like this to happen.

Just switched after 42 years of banking with them. Used to be a great place to bank, not anymore. Three members of my family have left also. Customer service is awful and mistakes are common.
