When I moved to Milton from Pensacola they were very friendly and had my water on quickly. I do however wish that they had an online payment option because I had to buy checks for the first time in 5 years!

The office personnel are great but the manager is an egotistical jerk. I’ve never seen a business who required an easement across your own property in order to get water service. If you are considering buying property, stay away from the area serviced by Point Baker Water System.

The people are friendly and helpful. The lack of technology is a pain as everyone else in the modern world has electronic bill pay. Also, we were accidentally credited on our account and for 2 months we asked about only to receive a letter stating we owed two months back water payment for a discrepancy on their part.
