Rate was good while I had it, but the company dumped me halfway into my contract with no written or electronic notice at all. I only found out from an ERCOT letter weeks later stating that V247 had pulled out of my area. Stuck us with the worst possible TXU variable rate as a “last-resort carrier” for several weeks.
