Bad doctors office and horrible lab.
Easy to make an appointment, friendly front desk, dependable assistants, and friendly Doctors in the back.
Covid crazy! Said every symptom is covid and I need to get tested. I got tested twice because they’re so crazy about it and came negative. The doctor here Klien is still suspicious of covid with me.
I had a horrible experience with two doctors here and they are the type that will stare at the screen and type the whole appointment. I don’t recommend this office and they have the same old equipment and furniture from 20+ years ago.
Dr klien will tell you to get tested for covid before you can explain your condition. I have had a bad experience and don’t recommend this office as a 20+ resident of San Diego.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Klein and this entire office. He is a great Primary Care Provider. He is incredibly thorough, and he is a pretty straight shooter. His staff is incredibly helpful. I always get called back within an hour or so, and Dr. Klein was available on the weekend when I had a pharmacy emergency.
Efficient and friendly staff. Unlike a large medical institution this practice provides personable care. I have been examined by Dr. Klein, Dr. Merkes and Dr. Safi. Each of these medical doctors was professional, thorough & caring. In addition, I appreciate that they are Covid careful with a well kept clean office. Thank you NCI.
