I had cataract surgery here, done by Dr. Dinowicz, and couldn’t have been more pleased. All the staff were great and appointments were with minimal wait. I went to both the Bloomfield office and the Windsor office and was very happy. My sight is better than it was before the cataract issues cropped up.
The technician who worked with me initially had inappropriately long (1.5 inch) artificial nails. She was competent and professional but I would not want her nails anywhere near my eyes.
We were extremely disappointed with the desk person as she didn’t listen to us and rescheduled the appointments. She didn’t consider our appointment for which we were 20 mins early!
