Palmetto Podiatry Group of Anderson Reviews ( 45 )

  1. This appointment was for my 85-year old father who hates going to see a doctor and podiatrists are at the top of that list. My dad really liked Dr. Bastian! He felt like he listened to him and did not try to force him into unnecessary …

  2. Front desk staff was friendly and Dr. Rose addresses my needs , is very patient with me and very nice. His assistant is nice and they both take great care of me

  3. I recommend this group to anyone looking for a podiatric physician. Their office is so warming and welcoming, nothing but positive energy and good vibes. Dr. Ziccardi is great!

  4. Doc Z along with Maneisha and Savannah have helped me with my podiatry concerns for many years now (since 2014). The care, compassion and level of expertise shown by these dedicated health care professionals is top notch! Thankful to have Them attending to my feet.

  5. Dr. James L. Rose, DPM is so amazing and he is willing to take the allotted time for the patient to hear their complaints/ pains then diagnosis not lead you to a preconceived plan of care. My feet are doing fantastic since getting the inserts from his practice!

  6. Dr. Morrison removed ingrown toenail that had plagued me for 3-4 months. Practically pain free removal of nail makes entire foot feel better. I was in and out in less than a hour. …

  7. Dr. Zicarrdi is the BEST OF THE BEST! I cannot stress enough that the wellbeing of her patients is her utmost concern. She has changed my life for the better. Her assistant Manisha is just as amazing. If only there were more physicians …

  8. Dr. Rose is a fantastic podiatrist. I had plantar fasciitis and could barely walk. I had been to an orthopedist who gave me a cortisone shot and made the pain worse. Dr. Rose got my heel pain gone within about 3 weeks. I am still pain free today. His nurses and front office staff have always been nice.

  9. I can’t speak for the past but as for today I can honestly say everyone in this group is polite and is caring to not only your issue at hand but to you yourself as well ! I highly recommend anyone to this group for a good treatment as well as experience!

  10. They do not deserve any stars!!! I have never felt so devalued and discriminated as when talking to their receptionists. After talking with two receptionists, I was informed that they did not accept our insurance. So I made an …

  11. Had an appointment Thursday for my ingrown toe nail. The lady over phone asked if it was red and oozy. I said yes. Earliest they could see me was 9 days later! I call Monday to see if I can’t get anything sooner cause my toe feels like it …

  12. I had an ingrown toenail and was extremely nervous about getting it taken out. Thanks to Dr. Bastain, he helped ease my anxiety. Told jokes the entire time while performing the surgery. I was done before I knew it. The staff was also extremely nice.

  13. Run from this place. Had a ingrown toenail taken off, still not healed. Year and a half later, still issues with my big toe. Saw 3 Dr’s there to correct issue, had to go some place else. Seriously, run from there.

  14. Do yourself a favor and skip the podiatrist and go straight to the reflexologist. Several visits to this clinic, money spent on insoles, pain relief creames, x rays etc and no relief. One visit to the reflexologist and I got answers to my feet pain and with daily stretches I feel so much better.

  15. My only complaint is that there are not enough doctors to handle all of the patients! I had an appointment for 11am, and I did not see my doctor, Dr. Bastian, until 12:30pm! It’s not the doctors’ fault, I think the scheduling needs to be improved!

  16. I had a bad experience at Blue Ridge Orthopedics and sought a second opinion from Dr. Bastian. I’m so glad I did! I was told my fracture healed and nothing could be done aside from amputation. Dr. Bastian concluded that the fracture had not …

  17. Well, I had a nail brace put on to straighten my nail for 6 months & it worked, but was asked if I wanted another one applied, but that shouldn’t be my decision to make. I think the doctor should tell me , if I needed another one or not. …

  18. This was my fourth visit with four different Dr.s regarding toe pain. An X-ray have been taken months before this visit, and I was told that the toe was not broken. After going to several Dr.’s and still in pain, I finally went to …

  19. Courteous staff, Doctors are caring, but the wait time is ridiculous. I have yet to be taken in the room within an hour of my appointment. I am always there early so I don’t abuse their time, I would like the same courtesy.

  20. They would not make me an appointment even though I was an established patient. They tried to say I owed a bill and I needed to call collections. I called collections and they said I paid the bill on 02/13/18. I called back and relayed …
