The worst customer service the manger is racist wanted to put a 5 day hold on a check because it came from a loan company she ask why did I have it where did I get from what do I need it for. Deposit are available until 9am on pay day .
Thieves & liars. I’m guessing that this bank isn’t doing too well right now considering the fact that they stole $225.00 from me. I’m an individual, they are a corporation. Based off their actions, they can’t be doing well right now as a business.

I am also confused with a lot of these reviews. I have been with this credit union for several years. I have never had any problems with this credit union. They always respond in a timely manner. Find another bank. Deactivating cards at random time. Will not allow you to reset your password. Will not answer the phone half the time and when you do get your problems fixed they start up again the next week. Pathetic I can’t give negative stars.
