Customer service has always been friendly, but the chlorine levels CANNOT be as stated on their yearly consumer report–we no longer drink our tap water because it smells just like a YMCA swimming pool!
We now pay $60+ per month for water. Our neighborhood has complained about this as well. I have contacted woodruff-roebuck water district multiple times on this issue but they wont respond.
The office manager is a mean ole lady and it is sad. The other younger lady tried to help me with a bill that was over $500 due to a leak I knew nothing about. That mean office manager was very rude, insensitive, inconsiderate I could go on and on. Sad but it is true.
Just bought a house here and the people were very nice in helping me set up my water and directing me to city hall to take of the next step setting up sewer and trash thanks Mrs Anne!
Got up this morning and we have no water. (Roebuck) Tried calling two numbers but all we only got was a recording saying those numbers were not in service. How do get in touch with someone there???
I’ve had good experience with them for years… even with the billing system changing I pay about $45/month for a household of three adults and a baby for water. I haven’t ever gotten a late fee that was unwarranted either…
Not good service. Even though their system had problems and sent us our bill late as well as a failed courtesy reminder, they forced us to pay the exorbitant $40 fee. We’ve never been late before, yet they refused to waive $40 fee, or even offer a bill credit. Customer service at its finest.
These reviews are so accurate it hurts ! These people will lie to make a $40 fee ! One day late and they want $40?! If they say they will wave the late fee they will not. Do not believe them ! I’m still trying to understand why water is the same price monthly as it used to be bimonthly smh
They originally installed a water meter box that has 2 large holes in the side. It allows mud and dirt to flow in to.where my meter and turn off valave is completely covered with mud. They refuse to fix a box they installed
Water outage and no communication at all. As a matter of fact you could not even call them to Inquire. Eventually they put a post on their website that there was a main water issue. No details as to when to expect to be cleared. Just tells the customer to watch the local news for updates.

I hate to see so many negative experiences with WRWD on here. I’ve been with them for 7 years & have never had an issue. Just recently they adjusted my bill for a bad leak. & This past week I called them Monday about a possible water main leak flooding our yard & they had it fixed the next day!
If I could leave no stars I would. Every single time I make a payment it comes out of my account then goes back in and the payment disappears. The lady in the office is completely useless and rude. Then she acts like I don’t call them every month with the SAME exact complaint. FIX YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM and fire that rude secretary!

The water has so much chlorine, it suds when I spray the hose, and the smell is very strong. Using a filter for drinking water.
