Had a service tech come out to see where a gas water heater could be placed. The tech obviously didn’t want to be here. He made no effort to find a way to put a gas water heater in. I was very surprised. He acted like he wouldn’t go to the expense to put a gas water heater in.
What a difference in service from the Oak Ridge Utility board to this place. Smiling faces, genuine friendliness, and helpfulness. Customer service is everything, thank you. Love the decor, too!

Leaking meter they installed is apparently my fault even though it wasn’t leaking before hand. Also they have charged me extra because supposedly readers can’t reach meter due to dogs. My dogs can’t come within 30 feet or more of meter. …
When I called these people accidently .they answered the phone nice and respectfully. please people if you live in Oak ridge area please treat the workers nice if they are working on the lines please tell them thank you for everything they do
