Apparently it’s my fault the website was down so I couldn’t pay the water bill like I always do, I “should have called and let them know” their own website wasn’t working. $80 reconnection fee because they’re too stupid to know if their service has an outage.
They use their bills as any kind of notice so if perchance ther is a problem with any of it and they disconnect you then it is your fault and you need to pay a $80 reconnection fee instead of just being contacted earlier and fixing it. …
These are men and women out there doing dangerous work fixing water pipe lines and gaslines sometimes sewer . People needs to credit for what THEY doing .THEY are OUT there in the rain snow on THE Ice and the storms..
