I don’t know if these people hate their jobs or if that just don’t give a crap about customer service because they know we have no other options, but these are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They could not care any less about anyone’s problems. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

  5. Not helpful and rude. Warrenty only covers very limited stuff. Cancelled it after claim was denied. Waste of money for a year. Northeast shouldn’t have automatically added me to it. It should have been an option and more info given about it.
