Horrible! They only took half my trash today. It was all in the can but they somehow only dumped half of it out. First they stopped picking up anything that isn’t in the can. Now they won’t even dump the full can?!?
Worst customer service I’ve ever had including Comcast and AT&T. If you are new to Farragut use waste connections do not waste your time.
Multiple times they have skipped homes and drove around cars to the next property. Watched it 2 times today.

I have read some poor reviews on Tennessee Trash/Waste Management and I have had the exact opposite experience. They are always on time, take everything I put out there, and never leave a mess.
