Paid it off on Friday after they shut it off. Which they said not to worry about it, never turned it on. Won’t work past 4 or the weekends. Without water for 2.5 days

Called to transfer service Friday, Sunday we moved into our new house to find out they disconnected service instead so we are without water. Off to a great start.

The ladies I have dealt with have been courteous and helpful. They have been knowledgeable and efficient. I suspect many negative comments have been made by individuals starting the conversation on a negative note.
Don’t expect to get anyone on the phone ever. Voicemails do not matter. And if you do get ahold of someone, they’re rude. Extremely slow service and turn on if you do get ahold of someone to start service. Worst utility department I’ve ever had to deal with. Tons of negative reviews but they dont care one bit.
