Significant errors made on the part of staff at QDx Pathology services negatively affected the timeline of treatment for the patient using their services, and the response from them was essentially, “Oops, oh well.” It does not get much worse.
They are in network with United Healthcare, which was awesome, and the billing department answered all my questions. It was actually a person on the phone.
Same as most reviews. Code errors in billing and when you try to resolve it, you get no response. I have left several messages with Marta in the billing department with no call back.
Their focus on innovation falls right in line with the way we strive to run our practice. Their reports are the best we have seen and their internal IT team can do about anything needed.
They are unbeatable for consistent speedy results. The best all around for my practice and my patients. We’ve tried the rest and will stay with the best.

They highly overcharge for services and also bill for unnecessary testing. Difficult to get them to correct billing. Had to work between Humana and QDX for over 6 months to try to resolve.
Customer service is very poor, they always pick up and yell. Then I get placed on hold for very long periods of time and when they finally pick up they hang up on me. Every time I need supplies for my office it’s a pain to get them. ALWAYS the same deal.
QDx Pathology is the place to go to if you want accurate results from any of you lab trials. The people here know their jobs and are all professional. You will find your reports are fulfilled faster than at any other lab because of the efficient measures taken here.
The safety I feel when walking into the QDx is immeasurable. They all practice and perform strict COVID 19 safety protocols. Additionally, they will give you a time window of when the results would be available and they always make such deliveries ahead of that time.

One week and no test results I tried calling and nobody answered. I also called again and was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on.
