Terrible service, rude customer service agents , refuses to pick up large items even when scheduled. Tries to charge for large items even when contractually they can’t. USE REPUBLIC….THEY ARE AVAILABLE AND NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEM. multiple times didn’t pick up garbage…totally worthless as a trash company
These people had made promise after promise to perform the service we have paid them for it’s been 5 weeks now and I have a small landfill in my front yard due to their inability to carry through on the services they were hired for. Save your time and frustration and get someone else for your trash pickup and recycling

If you get suspended, the restart fee is $65.. You can’t tell me that it cost $65 to restart service. $75 to discontinue service. I’m willing to pay the $75 and go with someone else, since it’s almost the same amount to restart service. Goodbye waste management. Been with you two years too long!
