Great service! The person that installed the equipment in our house was very professional and courteous. Race always let’s us know when to expect outages due to maintenance or other issues. These outages never really effects us because Race does maintenance in the very early hours. The wifi is extremely fast and reliable.
Had techs come out 3 times now to drop fiber lines and left with the same issue, poles that need permits. Waited a month to hear back about permits to find getting permits can take over a year. So I said it was ok to drop lines from trees …
Had a problem with connection. Service sent technician out and he was above an A+. Ended up fixed the line issue for a temp fix until line gets replaced. Technician was fantastic can’t say enough about him great experience. Thanks guys
