I tried getting a car loan through Safe1, but seems they did not care for my business; calls were not returned and questions were not answered correctly.
Monica was rude and very unhelpful. She had the worst attitude and disregard. She also lied several times to cover herself and should not be assistant manager. I have never been so poorly treated.
Changing your address with Safe1 is a BIG problem. I can change my address easily with other institutions but it takes an act of Congress to change it with Safe1. Sux

By far the best place to bank! Everyone is so helpful. I’ve been a Customer for awhile and will never bank anywhere else. BTW Ruby Tuesday is not my name. Not sure how to change that.
