  129. Don’t do it… they temt you with low rate then with no warning when intro ends they almost double the ccf rate. If you don’t catch it you are screwed. I called customer service and they were not helpful saying that they are a smaller company… but yet still offer low intro rates….

  131. A representative came to my house to offer services. I politely declined and he waved me off dismissively and walked across my lawn. If this is how they treat potential customers, you can only imagine what the rest of their service is like. He was a VERY poor representation of this company.

    I signed up for service, cancelled it the next day, and they STILL sent me a $95.69 bill for service. I know I cancelled before I could be billed for anything. Don’t waste your time on THIS company. These reviews are VERY accurate.
