This place is a joke. You pay your bill by mail and take forever to take payment out of your account. I get that it’s a small town but there should be other ways to pay via internet.
I had a very high previous bill but they let me pay so much and offered same day connection
Friendly, helpful, competent service. Multipul payment optoins; a local bank, in person in the building, and the drive through are just a few. Prompt repair service, even in stormy weather.
Archaic. Running the business like its 1980’s. Should have done fiber years ago as well like other electric companies, but no vision. Good ole boy way of doing business.
