The Customer Service team is knowledgeable and answered my pre-purchase questions. They are always eager to help out when they can.

This is a great option to have if you need to make a large purchase on short notice. It very clearly states that if you take the whole year to complete, it costs more than double the cash price, while that is a lot, it tells you that from the beginning.
