If I didn’t have all my bills linked and had to change everything I would leave this bank in a second. Been with them 30 yrs and they still treat horrible after 30 yrs they put holds on 10k checks give me a break. Never an issue and they still do this. It’s always a problem with this bank.
Do not expect any kind of friendly customer service here. As a business owner, I thrive for customer service with a smile. It’s rare Ive received a smile here. Time to find a new bank.
