When I first started using Quality DME they did a good job, now however is a very different story. Great educational session for my first cpap and services providing me equipment and supplies. However they did not have head gear that will accommodate my facial pain disorder. I will continue trying to use the minimal one I have and keep it at maximum looseness in hopes it’ll be more help than harm.
My experience with quality dme Inc was outstanding. The overall staff had provided me with excellent customer service. ALSO IN HOME THEAPIST HAD ASSIST ME WITH MY CPAC MACHINE. She had good communication skills that I understood of handling my the machine. She has outstanding customer skills.

Very professional. Did not have my type of mask in the inventory and I did jot receive written instructions on how to make changes to the information on the CPAP machine , but I googled it and found some good instructions on the internet. All in all I felt the technician did her job well.
My sleep experience has been such an improvement. In only a week my overall score has increased and I am able to sleep soundly even with the face mask. This is the first time in over 30 years that I can actually sleep on my back. Also, DME continues to monitor my progress and provide valuable information on ways to improve my sleep.
