I really think you need to train your tech and support people they are rude and when you tell them you have an issue right away they want to charge you for there mess up.

Upgraded to the Gigazone recently and it went smoothly as could be. A special nod to the service representative I spoke to that helped me out with getting the 2.4 frequency up for the security cameras.
